Feature Request: Decouple Docker dependency from ampinstmgr when running Podman

Feature Description

I use Podman as my container manager and my instances/ampinstmgr seem to restart on updating Docker on my system. BroOtti informed me that the ampinstmgr.service is configured to depend on Docker, regardless of container manager selection. If this is the case, I'd love for that dependency to be removed if Podman is selected as the container manager and all AMP containers are running with Podman and none with Docker.
