seaweedfs service port should be configurable #291

Migrating from diracx-charts 1.0.22 to 1.1.6 (during an helm upgrade on a CI deployment) fails because the previous minio service and the seaweedfs service are using the same ports and conflicting.

Maybe we should allow to configure the nodePort of the seaweedfs service.
