Update copy and links on the homepage to something other than the placeholder text

There are some links in the menu bar across the top, and the homepage has some lorem-ipsum stuff; that should be updated with something more useful.

Quick homepage-copy note after reading this issue, README.md, website/routes/home.js, website/templates/home.html, and website/templates/base.html: I would fix the nav and the three homepage cards before polishing the hero text, because right now the page still exposes the Bootstrap starter shape.

The current hero starts with the right product direction:

Booking resources at DoES Liverpool

but the paragraph underneath is still generic template copy:

This is a template for a simple marketing or informational website...

I would replace it with a plain operational promise tied to the actual flow:

Book shared DoES Liverpool resources without emailing around. Choose a resource, pick an available time, add your details, and keep the booking record in one place.

Then keep the primary CTA exactly where it is, but make it slightly more specific:

[Book a resource]

For the navbar in base.html, I would not leave Other / Links / Here as placeholders. The public nav should probably be very small:

Book a resource
Cancel a booking
DoES Liverpool

The last one can link back to https://doesliverpool.com/, because this app is a booking utility, not the main community site.

For the three cards in home.html, I would make them explain the user's path instead of being generic marketing blocks:

1. Choose a resource — link to /select-a-resource
2. Pick a time — explain that the next step shows available slots after a resource is chosen, not a standalone nav link
3. Need to change plans? — link to /cancel-booking if that route is intended to be public

A possible card rewrite:

Choose a resource
Start with the room, tool, or shared resource you want to use. Optimism will show the booking path from there.

Pick an available time
After choosing a resource, select a slot that works and add your details so the booking can be confirmed.

Cancel a booking
If you already have a booking reference, use the cancellation page instead of creating a second booking.

One acceptance criterion I would add:

The homepage should contain no `href="#"`, no Bootstrap starter copy, and no placeholder navigation labels. Every visible link should either start a booking, cancel an existing booking, or point back to the main DoES Liverpool site.
