Docs: How is pasture handled when making our input files?

We obviously don't have pasture/rangeland in the model, so what do we do with the area of those we get from LUH2?

The only place pasture is mentioned in our docs is here.

Hi Sam Pasture is allocated directly to 100% grass that is then divided into C3 Arctic, C3 Non Arctic and C4 based on climate and MODIS LAI rules. Rangelands are kept as the natural PFTs composition based on MODIS satellite and CRU climate derived processing. Started local branch pasture_rangeland_doc (no PR, yet).
