怎麼驗
已新增測試涵蓋震度 0.2、低於 0.2（含 0 與負值），以及 EEW 啟動／未啟動的灰點差異。尚未執行測試或 analyzer；此變更只調整測站標記顯示，未修改 EEW 推估、警報門檻或通知路徑。
