Subject: [PATCH] ci: weekly check against the FDS nightly build

Runs tests/cases/fds_inputs/*.fds through the latest FDS nightly build
(firemodels/test_bundles, release FDS_TEST) and the tests against that
output, as an early warning for changes in the FDS development version.
Nightly builds are not supported and may contain unfinished changes, so
the run never fails and sends no notifications; the result is in the
run's summary, with a warning annotation if something broke.
