Accelerate
Installed in version from Hackage.
CUDA-bindings
Hackage version only supports CUDA versions up to 4.2.
The version on Github compiles, but here we get errors further down
doing installation of accelerate-cuda (see below)
accelerate and accelerate-io
No problems encountered
acccelerate-cuda
The version on Github seems to be updated to support CUDA-5.0rc1
currently (there are almost daily changes), and we hope to get their
Github version running soon.
Currently we are stuck at this error when compiling the
accelerate-cuda package from hackage, with CUDA-5.0:
Loading package cuda-0.5.0.0 ... : can't load .so/.DLL
for: libcudart.so (libcudart.so: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory)
Nikola
Still not running. There is no official release yet, so we have to use
the development version on Github.
