Bug: CORS error for ceramic requests

Describe the bug
It seems that #2002 has reoccurred. The headline ceramic node requests are failing due to CORS issues.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'daohaus'
2. See error

Expected behavior

Ceramic requests work

Actual behavior

CORS error prevents ceramic requests.

Additional context
Keating fixed this in the past, but it seems to keep popping up.
