Add KMD support for WalletConnect

Would love to see KMD (a UTxO coin) supported in WalletConnect.

https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/komodo-defi-framework/ is currently working on a Dapp side integration for WalletConnect that would allow users to perform an atomic swap between different types of coins (utxo - utxo, evm - evm, utxo - evm, and other combinations to come).
For atomic swaps support, ideally, Ledger Live should implemented signPSBT.

The support for KMD coin is pretty important, as it's the most traded coin there. I can also write a PR for it if needed.
The CAIP-2 compatible chain ID for KMD is bip122:027e3758c3a65b12aa1046462b486d0a.

Hey looks like we already support it in the LL and with the wallet-api, so the requirements looks good for this

We will probably handle it on our own but if you want to push a draft/POC yourself you can, just know that we cannot guarantee that it will actually be merge when/if you do

And as you said we should also wait for our support of signPSBT
