bug: Advanced mode patch options are superseded by Simplified mode patch options

If you set the YouTube theme color in simplified mode to be one thing, and then change the patch options for the theme in advanced mode, the patched app will use the theme set in simplified mode.

The description of this bug is kinda wrong imo - I unchecked shorts patches and changed the custom branding in simplified mode but those were not implemented in the build. Idk what it is but the manager doesn't read or implement custom changes to the patches I think

I did open a new issue and it got closed and flagged as a duplicate 😅 so I'll just share more information here -

Steps to reproduce -

1. Uncheck the hide shorts options in the simplified options (or advanced mode, both changes are not recognised by the manager).
2. Change the branding name of the app in simplified or advanced mode patch selection.
3. Go ahead with the build, the app will not respect the custom branding and disable shorts by default when you install it even though you specifically unchecked / changed those options.

Description
When switching from Simple Mode to Expert Mode, the Custom Branding settings from Simple Mode override those set in Expert Mode. The app appears to ignore Expert Mode configurations and prioritizes Simple Mode settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the app in Simple Mode.
2. Set the Custom Branding Name to "YT One" (do not patch the app yet).
3. Switch to Expert Mode.
4. In the Custom Branding patch settings, change the Name to "YT Two".
5. Patch the app.

Expected Behavior
The patched app should use the Expert Mode setting ("YT Two").

Actual Behavior
The patched app uses the Simple Mode setting ("YT One"). Simple Mode configurations override Expert Mode ones.

This makes Expert Mode unreliable for overriding Simple Mode preferences.

Okay this respects package name changes (which is a universal patch) but it still hides shorts components even if I don't select the "Hide shorts components" patch and also custom branding is still not implemented and the resulting APK is still called "YouTube Morphe". Is this then a patch issue or a manager issue I wonder

Are you making sure the Simple Mode -> Shorts components -> hide options is turned off ?

Are you sure you are using the artifact manager? Just checked in Expert mode, patch options are only applied from Expert mode.
