Components: Combine summaries and descriptions #17

For the components I looked at, there's a lot of repetition between the summary and description, e.g.

Advocacy Plan

Summary

Setting out steps to encourage organizations to adopt the standard.

Description

An advocacy plan provides the resources and sets out the steps that will be followed to encourage organisations to adopt a standard...

I think that we should combine them and get rid of the subheadings.
