[Feature request]: Create a tools repo

Use Case

We have a few tools that aren't related to the openvox version:

• webhook-go
• g10k
• openvox-ca
• openvoxview
• jig
• gorge

I think it would be great to have a tools repo where we publish those packages as well? Or add them to openvox8 & openvox9?

Describe the solution you would like

I want yum/rpm repos with signed packages for our go-based tools.

Regarding the place - I'd go with at least different "collection" (a component in apt repo), like "openvox-tools" maybe.

Not sure if we need to have different tool versions for different openvox major collection.. 🤔

Probably a good idea to have it separate from openvox[8|9]. I'd like to add a package for the evb script !
