On mobile browsers, the app throws an exception at the end when submitting a form.

We need to analyse the behaviour but it's most probably caused by accessing a particular File API.

Reportedly this bug should not exist on Chrome for Android and latest Safari for iOS, not sure why we are having this issue :(
