Hi all,

The update of the themes (#15) goes unexpectedly well so expect a 3.0.0-rc1 release soon.
The most notable things in this release:

• updated markdown, yaml, scss parses and the image processing libraries
• updated Razor to latest dotnet standard 2.0 version
• added support for revisionHistory, note, definition list, cref langword XML comments and lots of tests to make sure they're rendered as expected
• updated themes
