Updates not saving (UFO3, RF 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4b)

The is my first time trying out kernalytics, and it is beatiful! However, I'm not able to make changes save from kernalytics into my actual UFOs. This means that I am also unable to preview changes in a Space Center window, etc. (Actually, I was able to save it into one master in RF 3.4b, but it only worked that one time).

I see that this was an issue in the past, #8, but was seemingly resolved.

I can share my UFOs directly if that might help with debugging.

Just a quick note to say I have acknowledged this issue – I think there may be a larger re-write necessary in order to make updates appear live in other parts of RF.
This might not be bad, and possibly could enable me to solve problems like #11 .

I just noticed that the creation of new pairs fails altogether. :(
To reproduce:

• one of the UFOs must have the desired pair, otherwise it cannot be “kernalyzed”
• transfer the pair to other UFOs (button, dragging, etc)
• UFO files are not “dirty”, saving brings no changes
