Cannot download BalenaEtcher.

I have typed the command " sudo apt install ./balena-etcher_******_amd64.deb" but the syntax was incorrect, but
the file exists. It happened so I told AI to help me and it showed me how to download it. and I did successfully downloaded it
(in my old Linux Distribution I was using(, which was LInux Mint) and I need it to work on Ubuntu (Desktop)
Please fix this issue.

You are likely not running the command from the correct location
Usually if you right click in a folder window you can choose to open the terminal there
Which if the file balena-etcher_******_amd64.deb is in the same location then it should work
Share the exact error you get when you run the command

Say you open the terminal from the task bar or something, then it usually will default to your users home ~/
So unless the file you are trying to install is also in your users home folder then it will not install
the ./ part of the command tells it to look for the file in the current folder where the terminal is open.
