Correct the Germanic catalogs by reading them against the English

The Germanic review the earlier session lost to its limit, redone. German
called the Pong resume button "Lebenslauf" - a CV - and addressed the player
with du in a catalog that says Sie everywhere else. Icelandic labelled the
pending step "Véla aðgerð í bið", called resuming "Endurtekning" (repetition),
and told the player to press "Mellimál", a key that does not exist - the space
bar is bilslá, as the same file says elsewhere. Dutch and Danish split their
compounds ("installatie stap", "installations trin"), Swedish gave the neuter
steg an aktuell, and Swedish and Danish titled the progress dialog with the
word for advancement, the error the last review fixed in Czech, Slovak and
French but missed here.

The rest is one term per language for snapshot: Schnappschuss, momentopname,
øjebliksbillede, skyndimynd - each catalog already used its word somewhere and
its rival somewhere else.
