[FEAT] - Refine test workflows for renovate automerge #1771

User Story

As a Greenhouse repository maintainer I want to confidently set renovate to automerge minor and patch updates

Description

We want to make our test workflow blocking and allow renovate to merge (certain?) minor/patch updates of dependencies after successful test workflow run.

Acceptance Criteria

• test workflow(s) are blocking
• Invoking of (e2e) test workflows is based on code changes (might already be the case)
• renovate automerges minor/patch updates after successful workflow run
• e2e check OK needs to exist in every PR (even though no e2e relevant code changes happened)
