magpylib adoption in progress

Just wanted to share with those watching this repo the work that @purepani is undertaking at magpylib/magpylib#844 🎉

Hopefully the first of many smaller projects to adopt the standard (for which the process may be slightly shorter than the multi-year undertaking for SciPy and scikit-learn :) ). It should be a very useful case-study for figuring out how well our offerings in array-api-compat, array-api-extra and co. ease the process of adoption for smaller projects.

You may also be interested in the work happening over at gymnasium, the de-facto standard for reinforcement learning environments in research https://gymnasium.farama.org/main/api/wrappers/misc_wrappers/#gymnasium.wrappers.ArrayConversion. The wrappers to transform data from one framework to another have been rewritten and are now entirely based on the Array API. This could be the first step in making it framework agnostic.
