Entry point for Claude Code. Claude Code auto-loads CLAUDE.md but not
AGENTS.md, so this file imports the repository's tool-agnostic guidelines to
make them available each session. The guidelines stay in their own files (they
apply to humans too); the imports below reference them without duplicating
content.
