Zip end of central directory signature not found

Any help would be appreciated. I have downloaded the US Core 6.1.0 package from http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU6.1/package.tgz. I put it in IGs folder, ran bundle exec bin/testscript_generator, and receive the following error. I tried downloading again, extracting the files and zipping them again but received the same error. Any ideas?

It was a directory error. I am using Ubuntu through WSL on Windows. Copying and pasting from a Windows directory to the IGs directory in WSL adds some kind of identifier file. I downloaded using Curl directory from Ubuntu and the generator created all of the tests. Thanks!
