Remove duplicate usage guide

docs/usage-guide-flows-archive.md was byte-identical to docs/usage-guide.md
(299,386 bytes, 3,182 lines, sha matched). The archive copy was orphaned —
no file referenced it. Keeping docs/usage-guide.md as the canonical version
since README.md links to it.
