Would be cool if there was a gh stack command to enable stacked PRs on the current remote repo.

Also, gh stack feedback is not working as I thought it would. The base commandjust opens this page in a browser tab. Maybe it could open an interactive element to submit feedback directly from the terminal?

gh stacked PRs are not getting merge override option to bypass CI checks, which is allowed in normal PRs for admin users.
