Dental Ark now binds its local clinic workflow to live Microsoft Store catalog discovery without coupling the parent application to optional Store metadata.
- The Windows build keeps patient, appointment, visit, billing, image, and manual-backup records in the local SQLite workflow while StoreContext resolves the configured durable add-on at runtime.
- The Windows Store adapter accepts only the exact configured Store ID with non-empty localized catalog metadata, then refreshes account ownership after the native Store dialog completes.
- Existing-account restore remains independent; website license-key activation and App Store publication behavior are unchanged by the Windows Store discovery path.
