Feature Request: lowercase tags path name

Some hosts like netlify lowercase urls to canonicalize.
So if multiple tags like "tech" and "Tech", "tech" overwrites "Tech".

A theme configurable support for lowercase pathname would help here.

mentioned issue exists in your config too. i.e. if you have both tech & Tech, then one gets overridden.
