Hi @jwoglom , I just want to put this somewhere just in case it's ever helpful.
Context/lead-up:
Yesterday while working on a fix for the xDrip issues, I was running a debug apk from my fork to test it out for real. I had to test end to end maybe four different times, and each time to install a new debug apk, I had to actually uninstall the previous apk, to install the latest version (this is a workflow that I created on my own fork fyi).
So overall, I had unpaired and paired a new app with my Tslim X2 probably 3-5 times within an hour or so. And I believe I have a few thousand records syncing every time.
Issue:
While testing things out, suddenly my pump fell out of control IQ mode, and starting complaining about a Bluetooth error and that I should contact support. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of the errors, and can't remember exactly what it said. I was in a bit of a panic at the time thinking I'd broken my Bluetooth radio. The whole "Bluetooth settings" menu item was greyed out, I have it twenty minutes to see if it's come back on it's own, and it didn't.
I was able to resolve it by fully shutting down my Tslim (first time I've ever done that), and booting back up and changing my cartridge etc, and have since uninstalled and unpaired everything from my pump for the moment, out of mild fear as this is my only pump, and I probably shouldn't be testing with it 😅
I'm purely guessing here, but I wonder was it a genuine overpowering of the radio, with all the repeated historic syncing I forced on it accidentally via ControlX2. I am like a month away from being three years on the pump, so I'm also likely at the high end of history usage too.
I'm mainly lodging here not as a request to fix, more as a fyi, in case this could help with the library or research on AAPS etc.
Feel free to close though!
