Subject: [PATCH 1/2] ci: run the unit tests on every target framework

The packages ship for net8.0, net9.0 and net10.0, but the tests only ran
on net10.0. The unit tests now target all three, with the test host
matching each runtime. CI already installs the three runtimes. The
database tests stay on net10.0, since the store code does not differ
between targets.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] ci: keep a results file per target framework

With a fixed file name, each framework's run overwrote the previous one.
