Subject: [PATCH] ci: run the unit tests on every target framework

The packages ship for net8.0, net9.0 and net10.0, but the tests only ran
on net10.0. The unit tests now target all three, and each run writes its
own results file. The storage tests stay on net10.0, since the store code
does not differ between targets.
