Add MQTTForge to list of desktop tools #243

Description

@ibrahimilkhan

Could you add MQTTForge (https://github.com/ibrahimilkhan/mqtt-forge) to the list of desktop MQTT tools?

It is an open source MQTT test console: it builds a broker's topics into a live tree, shows every frame on the wire with its QoS and retain flags, and publishes by hand. There are signed-by-nobody desktop builds for macOS, Windows and Linux, plus a multi-arch Docker image that serves the same interface to a browser, which makes it usable on a headless machine too.

Licence is AGPL-3.0. Happy to reword the entry however fits the page.

Suggested line for the Desktop tools section:

  • MQTTForge - open source MQTT test console that builds a broker's topics into a live tree, shows every frame on the wire with its QoS and retain flags, and publishes by hand. Desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux, or a single Docker image that serves the same interface to a browser.

I would have edited the wiki directly, but it only accepts pushes from collaborators.
