dRAID - "Rebuilding to a Distributed Spare" discrepency

The last sentence of the first paragraph of the Rebuilding to a Distributed Spare section states:

For example, the following graph shows the observed sequential resilver time in hours for a 90 HDD based dRAID filled to 90% capacity.

But the following image appears to state that the pool is at 100% capacity. Am I misreading/misunderstanding this? or is one of those numbers wrong?

I think you're right, one of them is wrong, I bet the right one is 90%
