Description of issue

I have been using brew bundle for while; it has been working fine until 2 days ago. brew bundle install got about a third of the way finished and then froze. When it froze my cpu usage went to 100% in all 8 cores and cpu temp went immediately to >100degC. I restarted my iTerm session to stop. All other brew commands and brew bundle commands and other functions work fine. Any ideas for a fix from anyone?
