CAIPE 1.0.0-rc.1 images are now available from caipe-io

Following the repository migration to the caipe-io organization, the CAIPE 1.0.0 release candidate images are now available from the new GHCR organization.

The CAIPE UI image is available at:

ghcr.io/caipe-io/caipe-ui:1.0.0-rc.1

The corresponding Helm chart is available at:

oci://ghcr.io/caipe-io/charts/ai-platform-engineering --version 1.0.0-rc.1

We have also completed a Kubernetes migration using the new chart and caipe-io container images. The ArgoCD-managed deployment synced successfully and reached a healthy state, with all CAIPE UI replicas running 1.0.0-rc.1.

If your deployment still pins cnoe-io image or chart locations, update those references to caipe-io when adopting this release candidate.
