TiCity replaces PGSimCity's PostgreSQL-specific simulation, visual
geography, explanatory surfaces, and optional in-browser PostgreSQL runtime
with a deterministic educational model of TiDB v8.5 LTS architecture.
Substantial changes include the TiDB state model, Raft and transaction traces,
the TiCity world, Japanese and English interfaces, the machine and diagnose
pages, scenarios, tests, and build/deployment configuration.

TiDB, TiKV, TiFlash, PingCAP, and their associated marks are used only to
identify the technologies described by this educational model. No official
logos or brand assets are included. TiCity is an independent project and is
not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by PingCAP, Inc.

This product bundles third-party software under its own license terms. See
public/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt, package.json, and package-lock.json for
details. The principal runtime dependency is three.js, licensed under the
MIT License.
