Conflict Between the Subscribe Extension Methods Defined in System and ReactiveUI.Primitives

I was migrating a project to the ReactiveUI.Primitives API, and the only problem I have is the conflict between the Subscribe extension methods defined in the System and ReactiveUI.Primitives namespaces. Currently, I'm calling SubscribeExtensions.Subscribe explicitly, which is not very readable. Could this be improved somehow?

Same problem here, it comes from DynamicData which is still using System.Reactive so we got

Ambiguous invocation.
Candidates are:
    Subscribe<bool>(this IObservable<bool>, Action<bool>) (in class ObservableExtensions)
    Subscribe<bool>(this IObservable<bool>, Action<bool>) (in class SubscribeExtensions)

I've found a nice workaround.... creating a GlobalUsings.cs with

global using ReactiveUI.Primitives.Extensions;
global using static ReactiveUI.Primitives.LinqExtensions;
