Sourcemeta One Commercial License

Sourcemeta One is dual-edition software:

  * The Community edition is governed by the Business Source License 1.1 in the
    file LICENSE.
  * The Enterprise edition (the contents of the "enterprise/" directory) is
    governed by the notice in enterprise/LICENSE and by this Commercial License.

A commercial license from Sourcemeta OÜ is required for:

  * any use of the Enterprise edition beyond the limited development, testing,
    evaluation, demonstration, and contribution uses permitted in
    enterprise/LICENSE; and
  * any use of the Community edition beyond the terms of the Business Source
    License 1.1. Those terms condition production use, and they apply whether
    you offer the Community edition to others or use it solely within your own
    organisation. See LICENSE for the conditions themselves.

Using the Enterprise edition, or using the Community edition outside the Business
Source License, without a commercial license in effect is unlicensed and
infringes the copyright of Sourcemeta OÜ.

The commercial license is a separate written agreement between you and Sourcemeta
OÜ. It sets out the grant, fees, term, support, and other terms, and is provided
on request. This file does not itself state those terms.
