Compatibility of fully structured meshes in SU2

Hi,
I am new to SU2 and I am just following the guideline docs given in the SU2 site( https://su2code.github.io/)
From the name, I interpret that the code is based on unstructured grids; also the documentation states that the solver uses all grids in the native .su2 format (https://su2code.github.io/docs_v7/Mesh-File/)
However, I do find that there are Testcases/Tutorials involving purely structured multi-block grids (Hexahedral, O-grid, C-grid), such as
[Turbulent Bend with Wall functions] (https://su2code.github.io/tutorials/Inc_Turbulent_Bend/) and Turbulent Flat Plate
So my doubt is, can I generate any kind of multi-block structured mesh and use it for SU2? Is it just a matter of the output format of the grid?

Hi, yes if you export the structured mesh in an unstructured format it will work, just make sure that nodes shared by structured blocks are merged/deduplicated.
