From 5a946ca30dad5e76257b4f73773f914b7c3126b8 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jim Huang Date: Fri, 23 Oct 2026 15:43:20 +0800 Subject: [PATCH 1/5] Grade what a triage sweep cannot see yet A skipped gates lane passed as green, an approval survived the push after it, and resolving an outdated thread raised a grade nobody had earned, as #430 showed. The sweep now grades those, names everyone a PR waits on, and lists stacked prerequisites and PR pairs that change the same base lines. The review of a low or blocked PR rechecks its outdated threads, and its findings go out as one review, so the author gets one notification instead of one per finding. --- .../skills/codetrial-triage/post-inline.sh | 115 +++++++----- .claude/skills/codetrial-triage/pr-sweep.sh | 171 +++++++++++++++-- .claude/skills/codetrial-triage/pulls.md | 48 ++++- .claude/skills/codetrial-triage/review-prs.md | 39 +++- .claude/skills/codetrial-verify/diff-path.awk | 19 ++ .../skills/codetrial-verify/review-anchors.sh | 10 +- tests/test_skill_scripts.py | 176 +++++++++++++++++- 7 files changed, 484 insertions(+), 94 deletions(-) create mode 100644 .claude/skills/codetrial-verify/diff-path.awk diff --git a/.claude/skills/codetrial-triage/post-inline.sh b/.claude/skills/codetrial-triage/post-inline.sh index 9788a0bd..ba2cd09c 100755 --- a/.claude/skills/codetrial-triage/post-inline.sh +++ b/.claude/skills/codetrial-triage/post-inline.sh @@ -1,13 +1,14 @@ #!/bin/sh -# Post a sweep review's inline comments, one per finding, at the head they were -# read at. review-prs.md describes the draft and why a sweep posts it without a -# confirmation. +# Post a sweep review's inline comments at the head they were read at, as one +# review so the author gets one notification, not one per finding. review-prs.md +# describes the draft and why a sweep posts it without a confirmation. # # Usage: post-inline.sh [repo] -# Prints each posted comment's URL, and on stderr each finding it -# dropped and why.
