Tutorial Objectives Discussion

I am looking for feedback on objectives for upcoming tutorials. Currently planned tutorials include:

1. Severe Weather over Indianapolis - 20190615-16 (Current Objective: Modify physics options and compare forecast outputs for similar experiments using the graphics plotting task.)
2. Cold Air Damming - 20200205-07
3. Southern Plains Winter Weather Event - 20210214-17
4. Halloween Storm - 20191031
5. Hurricane Barry - 20190713-14

Some proposed objectives include:

• Design a custom grid.
• Modify the IC and LBC source models for a given case to compare impacts to the forecast.
• Modify the number and distribution of vertical levels and compare results. (Prerequisite: Implement a user-friendly way to make these modifications.)

I would love more ideas and/or suggestions for which sample cases to pair with which objectives.

Initially, the tutorials were designed to be like an extension of the GST--something to help new users get acquainted with the App and the different workflow options. I think we should still have a few like that. However, with the EPIC/UFS goal of R2O in mind, it could be good to include a tutorial or two that bridge the gap from regular user to potential contributor.
