README: the fourth model counter also says 148

The link caption 'full per-firmware list of all N models' sat past the
column cut of the grep used while updating the counters, so it kept
saying 147 and the CI counter check rightly failed on the last two
commits.

It walks you through a read-only EC capture in each MSI Center scenario, builds the report, copies it to your clipboard, saves it to a file, and opens a pre-filled GitHub issue - just paste and submit.
