The architecture recreated in hashtag#containerlab consists of two BNGs, an intermediate switch, and a BNG-Blaster used to generate subscriber hosts. BNG1 and BNG2 are configured with local DHCP within a VPRN and operate in a multi-chassis redundancy setup. Both BNGs connect to the switch through LAG interfaces configured with MC-LAG. In this setup, one LAG remains active while the other stays in standby, providing redundancy. The switch runs a VPLS service, which transports Layer-2 traffic and tags the subscriber hosts generated by the BNG-Blaster. The BNG-Blaster connects to the switch and generates multiple subscriber hosts, simulating access subscribers connecting to the hashtag#BNG.
