  • If there are other things you think the consortium should in the next 16 months, add it in the doc
  • If there are aspects of the management plan that you want to comment on, make those comments in the management plan and not the OKR.
  • If your time is limited, focus on reviewing the draft Roadmap.

Meeting Notes

• Dave Ory presented an updated version of the OKR spreadsheet
• The OKRs are meant to be illustrative and can be updated over time.
• There was a discussion about the metric to grow membership. Some noted that this would be an indirect results of other things; interesting to track but not a key metric. For the time being, planning to leave this metric as is and reassess later.
