Summary

  • update Standards, Configuration, Pester, and PlatyPS pins
  • keep workflow and build-script Standards references synchronized
  • import the exact pinned Pester version for tests
  • tolerate dependency catalog-publisher transitions on clean Windows runners
  • expose explicit major-version dependency upgrades

Dependency

Blocked on AtlassianPS/AtlassianPS.Standards#53 and its follow-up release. Re-run the updater and replace the v0.1.19 pin before marking ready.

Validation

  • Invoke-Build -Task Lint, Build, Test
  • 951 passed, 19 skipped, 0 failed
  • setup unit tests: 4 passed

Update pinned build dependencies and forward explicit major-version upgrade requests to the shared updater.
Pinned Configuration releases changed catalog publisher, which blocks clean Windows runners without SkipPublisherCheck.
Install the pinned Configuration module with SkipPublisherCheck before the shared dependency pass on clean Windows runners.
