The closing blue band duplicated the sign-up call to action, so its
button moves to the bottom of the Questions section in the same dark
blue. "Close race" is gone from the steps card and the shared invite
message, which now speaks to the friend being invited ("your values").

Summary
/toronto/volunteer: the Laurier quote, "Two hours. A close race. Your call.", its sign-up button, and the two footnotes.#003086) as the sign-up panel. It links to#signup.Note for review
The removed footnotes were the only place that said Build the Vote is a Build Canada – Toronto program and that the turnout and margin figures come from the City of Toronto's 2022 results. If either should stay, it needs a new home on the page.
