feat: refactor data model imports and update repository structure - #72

- Moved data model imports from `data/model` to `domain/model` for better organization. - Added `TodoRepositoryImpl` to implement the `TodoRepository` interface. - Updated `eagle_eye` dependency to version 2.0.5. - Adjusted configuration in `eagle_eye_config.json` for stricter dependency rules. - Added new models for `Checklist` and `Task` using Freezed for immutability. - Updated various components and tests to reflect the new structure and imports.

Reorganizes the data layer: domain models moved from lib/data/model to lib/domain/model, a TodoRepository interface was extracted, and its database implementation split into TodoRepositoryImpl.
