👋 Hey, I'm Diego!

Software Engineer focused on backend engineering, software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.

At Génexys, I contribute to the design and development of microservices-based solutions using Python, FastAPI, and AWS, working on event-driven systems, offline geospatial navigation, technical and architectural decision-making, and agentic development workflows with Claude Code.

I recently completed my Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering at Rey Juan Carlos University (GPA 8.31/10) by designing and shipping TripFlow ✈️, my Bachelor's Thesis (10/10, nominated for Highest Honors): an AI-assisted travel planner with real-time collaboration and offline mode.
