assert	optional	check if assert is true, if not exit with an error
if	optional	check the if-condition, if true traverse the included tree

description

This node can be used to control the traverse of the xml file. Assertions may be used to make sure, that certain mandatory conditions are met. With the if-statements a kind of branching may be realised.

Example for the if attribute to trigger the inclusion of slice files and devices into the FDS file:
