快速刷机流程

下面是根据 PDF 整理的流程摘要。实际操作前请先阅读仓库中的 PDF 原文。

1. 用网线把电脑连接到路由器 LAN 口。
2. 登录 TR3000 原厂管理界面。
3. 进入“高级设置” -> “固件升级”。
4. 先刷入中间固件：cudy_tr3000-256mb-v1-sysupgrade.bin。
5. 等待路由器自动重启。刷入中间固件后，默认 IP 会变为 192.168.1.1。
6. 访问 http://192.168.1.1 进入 OpenWrt 原生界面。
7. 进入“系统” -> “备份与升级”，上传 Kwrt / OpenWrt 固件。
8. 如果出现镜像检查失败或型号不匹配提示，PDF 教程中说明可以取消勾选“保留当前配置”，勾选“强制升级”，然后继续刷写。
9. 刷写完成后，使用 http://10.0.0.1 登录新系统。默认密码为 root，登录后请立即设置新的管理密码。

Important warning: These files are for the Cudy TR3000 256MB model only. Do not flash OpenWrt firmware built for the older TR3000 128MB model onto a 256MB device. Doing so may make the router fail to boot.

Flashing Summary

The steps below are summarized from the included PDF. Please read the original PDF before flashing.

1. Connect your computer to the router LAN port with an Ethernet cable.
2. Log in to the stock TR3000 web interface.
3. Open "Advanced Settings" -> "Firmware Upgrade".
4. Flash the intermediate firmware first: cudy_tr3000-256mb-v1-sysupgrade.bin.
5. Wait for the router to reboot. After the intermediate firmware is installed, the default IP address changes to 192.168.1.1.
6. Open http://192.168.1.1 to access the native OpenWrt interface.
7. Go to "System" -> "Backup / Flash Firmware" and upload the Kwrt / OpenWrt firmware.
8. If the interface reports an image check failure or model mismatch, the PDF says to uncheck "Keep settings", check "Force upgrade", and continue.
9. After flashing, log in at http://10.0.0.1. The default password is root. Set a new administrator password immediately.
