Rebased the single commit onto current master without changing the patch. Verified that the offsets, profile values, Mono debug IDs, and lookup code are unchanged; this corrects the release labels and renames the six public constants without compatibility aliases. Local verification passed 275 all-feature tests, 256 unity tests without alloc, formatting, and the no-alloc library check. All seven fresh CI checks passed on this rebased head.

Closes #191.
Moves 3 Windows build entries to the first release that has their layout: Mono 2017.1.0f3 → 2017.1.0f1, and IL2CPP 2018.2.0f2 → 2018.2.0f1 and 2019.1.0f2 → 2019.1.0f1. The offsets don't change, only the version each entry is keyed on and the build number that goes with it.
The 6 profile constants that had the old release in them are renamed to match, like
UNITY_2018_2_0F1_X86_64, the same way #187 did it.cargo test --features unity --lib.
