Part of #174.

Adds il2cpp::Module::new(assemblies, type_info_definition_table, profile) and mono::Module::new(assemblies, profile), so an auto splitter that found the runtime's globals with its own scan can skip asr's search and still use all of asr's readers. Nothing checks the addresses or the profile against the game. This is the same shape as Godot's Ptr::new and Unreal's UObject::new.

cargo test --all-features builds a module from the globals an attached one found and compares them, and reads a fixture through one built by hand. On Big Walk (IL2CPP) and a 2022.3.5f1 Mono player, a module built this way reads the same statics as the attached one.

Depends on #196.
