Miguel Barquin del Romo

Bioinformatician & molecular biologist finishing a PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) at the University of Konstanz. Working on alternative polyadenylation and transcriptome diversity — combining 5 years of wet-lab experience with computational analysis of long-read sequencing, alternative splicing, and single-cell transcriptomics.

Currently looking for postdoctoral positions in bioinformatics / computational genomics.
